If, I'm able to speak with someone.
Plus the (Website is NOT USER friendly)
It redirects to a Service not requested.
The forms, I need has been unacceptable.

User's recommendation: If you have Funds $$ that has been transferred from another financial institution ask for hard copies from millennium. Do to the fact there (Website) isn't user-friendly
IRA ACCT TRANSFERRED FROM CAPITAL ONE
Having trouble to transfer funds from Millennium to another institution.
Customer Service personnel was rude.
I just want to pull my funds and transfer my funds.
Just keep getting a run around. Not Happy

Can't talk with a person at Millennium Trust.
I'm beginning to wonder if anyone works there I've been holding for client services for over an hour. Client services sucks.

Do you want to lose money?
Do NOT do business with this Millennium Trust (MT). They are deceitful & money hungry.
My company went out of business & the organization that was holding our IRAs did an automatic transfer to MT. I can only suspect that MT pays kickbacks or something, because I don't understand why ANYONE would knowingly do business with this place. MT charges outrageous fees, even if all they're doing is holding your account & you do no activity. They charge a monthly maintenance fee (about which they never tell you).
They charge $35 each to close accounts. They delay, delay & delay again the actual transference of your money -- probably because they longer they take, the more fees they can charge for 'maintaining' your account.
I ended up losing money because of all their fees. I'm not kidding -- DO NOT give them your money.
